Hasnt been updating this space for a long time, but i’ve been doing good … I think? My current lowest weight was at 47.5kg ever since i started exercising + diet. And heaviest got to be today, which was around 49.1kg. Was it because of my period? I really hope that i can reach my UGW of 45kg soon.
And i really cant wait till the day i can wear bikini to the beach/pool without feeling fat.
